We've compiled a list of our tenants most frequently asked questions and answers to help give you a better understanding Chateaux DiJon's relocation process. How do I apply for an apartment?

Simply fill out our online Leasing Application and return to the Leasing office with your application fee and deposit.

What criteria must I meet to rent an apartment?

Our rental criteria can be found on our Rental Policy. Chateaux DiJon uses a nationally-recognized company to screen all of our applicants for credit, previous tenancy history and criminal background checks.

What lease terms do you offer?

Our standard lease term is twelve months; however, flexible lease terms are available.

Does your property have access gates?

Yes, the property's entrance and exits are gated.

Is your property close to shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment venues and public transportation?

The property is within minutes, or walking distance, to all of your major shopping, recreational and transportation needs.

I am not moving my furniture with me when I relocate. Do you have any suggestions for furnishing my apartment?

Yes, we work closely with the national rental furniture company, Cort Furniture. They can supply all your rental and purchasing discount furniture needs. Ask them about their current specials or discounts exclusively for Chateaux DiJon residents.

How do I get my utilities turned on?

Your leasing agent will be happy to provide you with any information needed to connect your utilities. Visit the Moving Resources section of this site to get a head start.

Do your apartments have washer and dryers?

Each Apartment home offers an all-in-one washer-dryer unit.

What time of the day may I move in to my new apartment?

We ask that new tenants sign their leases during normal business hours unless an after-hours appointment has been scheduled. Once your lease has been signed and rent has been paid (including mid-month move-ins), you may move in to your new home.
